Opti Staffing is Hiring!
Position: Office Assistant/Floater
Location: Salem, OR
Pay: $20-$24 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) with two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. Days off include Wednesday and Sunday (subject to change)

Our client is a locally owned and operated recycling and processing facility, with a long-standing relationship with the local community to serve a global market with a 10-acre facility that utilizes state of the art equipment to process materials.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform various office tasks including data entry, answering phones, and assisting with cashier duties.
  • Support the scale buyer and cashier during breaks/lunches as needed.
  • Create dealer purchase tickets accurately.
  • Communicate any customer paperwork issues to the office promptly.
  • Ensure accuracy of vehicle paperwork.
  • Assist customers by answering questions and directing them to the appropriate areas.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, customers, and agreements.

What You Need to Have:

The Musts:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of business operations.
  • Experience in handling confidential information.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly prefered
