Pay: $18-$20 DOE
Schedule: M–F 7am – 4pm
Who We Are:
Our client is an employee-owned local painting company. Established in 1992 and has continued to grow ever sense. They service large or small fleets to individual trucks.
What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. This role involves managing front desk activities, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Tasks you will perform:
-Answer phones and take messages
-Respond to emails
-manage mail correspondence
-Greet clients and visitors
-Help maintain office calendar
-Assist with invoicing
-Perform data entry and filing tasks
-Manage inventory of office supplies
-Perform other clerical tasks as needed
What’s In It for You:
-$18-$20 Per Hour DOE

What You Need to Have:
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Data entry skills
-Knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word)
-2 plus years of office administrative or receptionist experience
