Our Client is looking for an Office Administrator
Responsibilities and Duties:
**Processing, packing online orders and samples**
Requires working inside temp. controlled production floor to package perishable online orders.
Duties will include but may not be limited to:
Handling customer email, and phone messages
Answering phone, screening and directing calls
Checking and managing emails/mail
Reconciling credit card/ bank statements
Matching P.O.s with bills
Filing, invoicing, creating/editing documents
Assisting sales and management team
Scheduling, booking trips.
Ordering general office supplies
Managing daily production inventory
Maintaining a pleasant rapport with office visitors, customers, and vendors.
Compensation: $15 per hour
