Opening:Â Office Admin / Receptionist
City: Tigard
Pay:Â $19.50/hr +Quarterly Bonuses
Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
 Who We Are:
A local family owned lumber business is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join their team! We value honesty, communication, and accountability in both our employees and customers.
What You’ll Do:
Your duties will include, but not be limited to, the following: phones, emails, greeting clients, processing returns, research, filing, report processing, processing mail, office maintenance (watering plants, tidy lobby, etc.).

The Musts:
Excellent attention to detail Â

Data entry skillsÂ
Customer Service ExperienceÂ
Knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word)Â
Ability to multi-task
Preferred:Â Â Â
Knowledge of the lumber, manufacturing or industrial industry is a plus!
