WHO WE ARE:
We are a flooring company and we offer services to address the specific needs of your project, in addition to a wide variety of sustainable flooring product solutions. No project is too complex for our team of flooring experts. We pride ourselves on having a collaborative atmosphere and being able to adapt to and keep up with changes in trends within the industry.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As the President of the company, you will be the "face of the company". You will be responsible for interacting with all department leaders, anticipating any issues and being able to prevent them before they become an obstacle. You will oversee projects in the field, as well as coordinate projects, keep everyone on task, see flaws in efficiency and come up with a plan to improve processes. Ensure policies and procedures are being followed, meet with department heads, market within the community to educate on our processes and how we set ourselves apart from other companies, as well as bringing in new business and establishing new business relationships as well as maintain the current relationships we have. Generate ideas on how to continually improve things throughout the company and effectively put the process into play to execute any changes, among other duties to ensure the overall success of the company.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
*Medical/Dental/Vision is 100% paid for the Employee
*2 Weeks Vacation (although this is negotiable)
*1 Week Sick Time

*401(k) 4% match
*Pay Range DOE between $150-$250K
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
*Flooring and/or Construction background
*Good understanding of financials
*Be able to communicate problems and solutions effectively
*Big Picture Thinker
*10 years experience in a supervisory capacity
*Be able to read drawings
*Measure Square Drawing Software
*Blue Beam Software
*Self-Driven/Success Driven
*Sociable and able to "keep the peace"
*Detail-Oriented
PREFERRED BUT WILLING TO TRAIN:
*Sales
*Prefer experience in larger companies
*Flooring experience
