Opening: Mitigation Lead
City: Puyallup, WA
WHO THEY ARE:
When disaster strikes—be it from fire, water damage, flooding, mold, wind, or other property issues—you can rely on their unmatched expertise. With 48 years of experience in restoration and reconstruction, they specialize in everything from fire and water damage restoration to plumbing leaks, broken pipes, sewage backups, and flood damage. Their services also include mold removal, biohazard cleanup, and asbestos abatement. Trust them for precise, efficient remediation and seamless insurance repairs.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Mitigation Lead, you’ll oversee and coordinate risk management efforts, ensuring swift and effective responses to minimize damage. Your role includes assessing risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies, and leading teams to address potential issues proactively. If you’re skilled in risk assessment and strategic planning, we want you to guide our efforts in safeguarding our projects and operations.
POSITION REQUIRMENTS:
- 3 Years Experience
- Career Mindset
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Mitigation Certification
- Hazardous Materials Certification
- Clean Background
- Clean Driving Record
- Valid Driver’s License
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:
Pay: $25-35/Hourly DOE
Shift: TBA with On Call duties once a month.
