Hiring for a Mid-Level Bookkeeper!
Location: Vancouver, WA 98661
Pay: $25-$30 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with some flexibility

What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and process payroll
- Generate financial reports and maintain accurate records
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

What You Need to Have:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
The Musts:
- At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred:
- Experience in the transportation industry
- Experienced and comfortable with using QuickBooks on a daily basis
