Opening: Medical Scheduler
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $20 - $24 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Opti Staffing is excited to partner with a locally owned and operated medical clinic in Anchorage. This clinic is dedicated to providing excellent care and service to patients, and they are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Scheduler to join their team. If you are highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic’s daily calendar.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Update patient records and maintain accurate scheduling data in the clinic’s system.
- Communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a medical office or scheduling role preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and scheduling software.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
