What You'll Do:
- Oversee the daily operations of the medical office, including scheduling, billing, and patient care coordination.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow throughout the office.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and foster a cohesive team environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical billing procedures and insurance regulations.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and office management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality guidelines.
