Opening: Mattress Sales Associate
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $70,000 - $100,000 annually
*MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS AND MOST HOLIDAYS*
Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a leading retailer to find a motivated and customer-focused Mattress Sales Associate. This role offers a competitive salary, exceptional training, and the opportunity to excel in retail sales.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet customers warmly and build rapport.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Guide customers through showroom displays and special-order options.
- Stay updated on product knowledge through training and manufacturer meetings.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing detailed information about products.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Quick learner with proficiency in POS systems and computer applications.
- Physically able to move throughout the showroom and assist customers.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background checks.
