Opening: Marketing/Leasing Director
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, plus benefits

Opti Staffing is excited to partner with a leading commercial property management company in Anchorage, AK. This company is known for its extensive portfolio of properties and commitment to providing top-tier services to its tenants and partners. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing/Leasing Director to join their team and play a key role in driving tenant acquisition and retention through strategic marketing initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing tenants across a portfolio of commercial properties.
- Oversee all leasing activities, including negotiating lease agreements and managing tenant relations.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure tenant satisfaction and property maintenance standards are met.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local market trends, competitor properties, and pricing strategies.
- Manage advertising, branding, and promotional efforts to enhance the company's visibility and reputation within the commercial real estate industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on leasing performance metrics, ensuring occupancy goals are met.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in marketing and leasing within the commercial property management industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial lease negotiations and tenant relations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of the Anchorage commercial real estate market is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
