Location: Tigard, OR
Pay Rate: $22-$23 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails. Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers are promptly and professionally assisted. You will:
- Handle all incoming calls and emails and set appointments for the estimators.
- Catalog and track customer sources to understand referral trends and demographics.
- Generate bi-monthly reports by collecting and organizing data.
- Assist with marketing events, providing logistical support and customer interaction.
- Use Microsoft Office and CRM software to manage communications, track appointments, and maintain records.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.

What You Need to Have
- Customer-facing experience with a focus on professionalism and friendliness.
- Strong organizational skills to catalog customer data and generate reports.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The Musts
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work on-site in Tigard, OR, during the scheduled hours
- Prior experience in appointment setting, data collection, or marketing support.
- Experience organizing or assisting with marketing events.
- Familiarity with tracking and analyzing customer referral data.
