Job Description


We are working with a local manufacturing company near Vancouver, WA. They are looking for strong multi-tasker who is motivated and able to support basic accounting practices. This position would be a mix of Administrative and Coordination between the VP, Project Managers, and Purchasers. 

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Basic accounting practices 
    • Processing payroll though ADP & AP/AR  
  • Purchasing of materials from existing vendors 
  • Office processes and procedures 
  • Production planning and scheduling 
  • Working with a comprehensive inventory of  materials, assemblies, parts and components, as well as the quantities of each needed to manufacture a product. 

Skills and Qualifications:  
  • Accounting experience in a manufacturing setting 
  • ERP system experience required
  • Production planning / scheduling experience 
  • Experience with the manufacturing setting 
  • Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Bill of material (BOM) experience preferred 
  • Experience in coordinating within a small team  

Schedule: Monday – Friday Full Time 
Wage: $28 per hour
