They are a complete process taking in material and performing everything from CNC machining, welding, sandblasting, painting, and final assembly.
What You'll Do:
As a manual machinist you will be working with primarily mills and lathes operating manual process machines, using tools to fabricate, and inspecting parts for defects post machining.

What You'll Do:
As a manual machinist you will be working with primarily mills and lathes operating manual process machines, using tools to fabricate, and inspecting parts for defects post machining.

What You Need to Have:
- Proven experience as machinist with Mills or Lathes experience (3+ years preferred)
- Experience in using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools and machines (lathes, mills, grinders etc.)
- Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements
- Knowledge of the properties of metal and other material (We work with Steel – heavy duty material very different than a Lam Research, Intel type of material)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals (We are old-school, so anyone who can interpret a set-up sheet will be gold)
- Good at math with analytical abilities
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items (we have overhead cranes for anything over 50+ lbs.)
