With a commitment to high-quality service and responsive maintenance, they are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their hardworking and dependable team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This is a hands-on role responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across both residential and commercial properties. Key duties include:
- Responding to routine service requests and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC systems
- Completing interior and exterior work, including drywall, painting, and general repairs
- Installing and maintaining door/window hardware, blinds, and caulking
- Supporting seasonal needs including snow removal and weatherproofing
- Transporting materials and tools across job sites as needed
- Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment and communicating clearly with staff and residents
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in general maintenance or building repair
- Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, and light carpentry
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Experience in commercial property maintenance is a plus
