The company is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. This position is perfect for someone with strong general maintenance skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and complete preventive maintenance.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
- Repair and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with property managers to prioritize and complete work orders.
- Ensure the properties are kept in excellent condition by maintaining landscaping, common areas, and exterior upkeep.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper use and care of tools and equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in residential or commercial property management.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with tenants and property management.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
