WHAT YOU’LL DO:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential and commercial properties. Locally owned company, free of corporate monotony. Multiple properties in Renton, Anacortes, Friday Harbor, Burlington, and Alaska.
- Travel to various properties to conduct regular inspections of residential units and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize power tools and landscaping equipment.
- Operate scissor lifts and ladders safely to access hard-to-reach areas for maintenance tasks after lift training.
- Interior and exterior painting.
- Repair and replace electrical fixtures such as receptacles, switches, lights, etc.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working in a residential/commercial environment.
- $56,000-62,000/year to start, DOE
- Paid time off (PTO)
- Medical insurance – 80% employer paid!
- Monday-Friday schedule, typically 8:00AM-4:30PM
- Lodging, gas money, and food per diem provided while traveling to non-local properties.
- Proven experience as a Residential Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing facility is required.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems is a plus, along with the ability to perform basic electrical work.
- Experience in rough and/or finish carpentry.

- Must be able to travel 2-3 days per week on average.
