Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $25 - $27 per hour

Opening: Maintenance Technician

Known for delivering quality living environments and responsive maintenance services, this team is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join their crew.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for interior and exterior maintenance across residential communities. Duties include:
- Completing general maintenance and repair requests in a timely, professional manner
- Performing work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliances
- Installing and repairing fixtures, door/window hardware, blinds, drywall, and weatherproofing
- Assisting with make-readies for new residents
- Conducting daily inspections of mechanical and storage rooms
- Removing bulk trash and assisting with seasonal prep and cleanup
- Providing on-call emergency support as part of a rotation
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with residents, guests, and team members
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting
- Strong skills in general maintenance, plumbing, basic electrical, and appliance repair
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
