Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $25 - $27 PH
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift

We’re teaming up with a respected residential property management company with multiple locations across Anchorage. They’re known for creating safe, comfortable living spaces—and now they’re looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their trusted team.

We’re teaming up with a respected residential property management company with multiple locations across Anchorage. They’re known for creating safe, comfortable living spaces—and now they’re looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their trusted team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping properties in top shape—both inside and out. No two days are the same, and your work will directly affect the comfort and safety of residents.
- Handling day-to-day maintenance and repair requests across residential communities
- Troubleshooting and fixing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Performing drywall repair, painting, fixture installations, and weatherproofing
- Getting units “move-in ready” for new residents
- Inspecting mechanical and storage rooms for safety and efficiency
- Removing bulk trash and assisting with seasonal cleanups
- Being part of an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
- Communicating professionally with residents and team members
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (residential or similar environment)
- Skills in plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated but also a team player
