Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 DOE

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Performing general maintenance, including light construction and tenant improvement work (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing plumbing issues, drywall repair, and painting)
- Conducting emergency repairs (e.g., urgent plumbing issues or leaks)
- Providing snow removal and landscaping services when needed
- Shoveling sidewalks and ensuring the property remains well-maintained year-round
- Working independently to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Assisting with tenant move-ins by preparing units for occupancy
- Occasionally working overtime as required
REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in construction, maintenance, or a similar field
- Valid Alaska Driver’s License and your own reliable vehicle
- Proof of current car insurance
- Clean background check
- Good customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must own your own tools for the job
