Maintenance Specialist

Job Description
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks such as oil changes, preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular oil changes, filter replacements, and other preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
Identify and troubleshoot equipment and facility problems and make necessary repairs
Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of supplies
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Communicate effectively with management and other team members
Maintain good attendance and punctuality
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience
Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm
Good attendance record
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
No job hoppers
Salary and Benefits:
Starting pay of $18 per hour
