Summary: Assembles Machinery and Equipment following process and procedures from blueprints. Ensures continued customer satisfaction with product assembly quality standards, safety precautions and production timetables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine proper work steps and procedures to build and assemble machinery including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical components from a raw parts stage to a complete assembly or complete machine system.
Support, set-up, testing and troubleshooting of assemblies and sequences in the machinery.
Move machinery and equipment, safely and effectively throughout the plant.
Works with and operates as directed machines, tools, supplies and equipment in the plant such as forklifts, cranes, slings, welding machines, flammable materials, etc.
Works in a clean, neat and organized fashion.
Support Customers, Field Service Sales Technicians with phone technical support, and at times in field installations and start up of machinery and systems.
