ROLE: Machinist Level 3
Location: Clackamas, OR
Pay: $28 - $33
Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 4:30PM – 3:30AM
Manufacturer of Precision Machined Components. Specializing in close tolerance parts, assemblies, prototyping, production runs, CAD design. We are expanding to a second location in Clackamas, Oregon, and looking to add new members to our team. - Salary: $28 - $33 plus $1.50/hour for swing shift

- Develop a plan of action to manufacture parts according to drawing specifications
- Read and understand production process work instructions and drawings to gain a thorough understanding of requirements
- Setup equipment required to complete each step of the manufacturing process
- Read, understand and adjust G&M machine code
- Monitoring the production process. Able to think critically and make adjustments to process when problems arise
- Measure parts throughout the manufacturing process and adjust as needed to ensure process paper and drawings compliance.
- Inspecting finished parts per drawing
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Have a positive attitude
- Able to stand for entire shift
- Extensive knowledge of CNC machine tools and controls
- Extensive knowledge of machining and machining processes.
- Extensive knowledge of machine shop tooling, speeds and feeds
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T on drawings
- Excellent machine shop math skills, able to calculate proper feeds and speeds
- Perform job requirements with limited supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to comply with all company safety guidelines
- Strives to build knowledge and skills continuously; Shares expertise with others
