MACHINIST III / CNC PROGRAMMER — WE ARE HIRING!
Position: Machinist Level 3 Location: Clackamas, OR Pay: $33.00–$40.00/hr + $1.50/hr Swing Shift Differential Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Day or Swing Shift)

What You’ll Do
-
Develop manufacturing plans from engineering drawings
-
Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and GD&T

Set up CNC mills, lathes, Wire & Sinker EDM, and related equipment
-
Configure tools, fixtures, and machine offsets (X, Y, Z)
-
Read, understand, and adjust G & M code
-
Monitor production and make precision adjustments
-
Perform in?process and final inspections
-
Maintain tolerances of +/-.001

Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area

Strong CNC machining background

Deep knowledge of machine tools, controls, speeds, and feeds

Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T

Excellent machine shop math skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Ability to stand for a full shift

Positive attitude and teamwork mindset

EDM experience (Wire or Sinker)

High?precision or aerospace machining background
