OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!
$17-$19 hr DOE
M-Th 6am-4:30pm/3pm-1:30am (day shift for 6 months, then Swing shift)

Our client is a world leader in precision plastic components, fabrication, and services for Innovative Manufacturing Solutions for Industry. Their products are an integral part of operations in many leading semiconductor fabrication facilities around the world.


What You’ ll Do:
This is an entry level position that does require some skills.  Must have the ability to grasp small parts and perform deburring. This position requires good eyesight to be able to identify flaws and parts that do not meet product specifications. There is a lot of repetitive work and jobs that require use of a clean room.  This position will also be performing vapor polishing, so ability to work safely around chemicals is required.  Some jobs require, repetitive heavy lifting so stamina to perform this task is necessary to be successful.
This position will start off on day shift working Monday thru Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm.  After 6 months, this position will transition to swing shift.  Shift will be 3pm to 1:30am.  This new hire should have the ability and willingness to transfer to swing shift in 6 months

The Machining-Packaging worker precisely deburrs, cleans, assembles and packages products to specification.  Workers work from patterns and blueprints, using a variety of tools and machines to make plastic parts or assemble components.

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Read job folders and understand all documents within.
· Correctly complete and sign all relevant paperwork.
· Must read blueprints and parts lists and be able to apply the metric system.
· Ability to use measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauge, go, no-go to measure tapped holes.
· Clean products to customer specifications via DI water soak, ultrasonic bath, or alcohol soak.
· Effectively use hand deburring tools such as, scrappers, hand countersink tools, edge breaking tools, sand paper, and scalpels.
· Use magnifying glasses to inspect and precision deburr small products.
· Inspect and assemble parts with required hardware according to print.
· Ink stamp products.
· Ability to do acrylic flaming, vapor polishing, gluing, and tinting.
· Understand Copy Exact and be focused on production of quality work.
· Inspect product after assembly, inspect and measure parts to insure quality.
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
· Ensure production parts, tools, test equipment and documents are properly stored and maintained.
· Keep work station clean and organized, leaving work area clean for next person.
· Adhere to all safety procedures, environmental guidelines and company rules and regulations.
· Effectively use tools such as table saw, routers, band saw, chop saw, power hand tools.
· Properly bag, label, and package products for safe shipping.
· Must be able to follow Cleanroom procedures for cleaning and packaging products.
· Must be able to do part cleaning/bagging/packaging, hardware installment, stamping, vapor polish, flame polish, and ultra sonic cleaning.
· Help keep Cleanroom clean and properly stocked with supplies.
