Our client's number one goal is to provide their customers with competitively priced steel bending services that produce quality products, on time. Regardless of the order size, individual steel bending, forming and fabrication specifications and requirements will be met!
What you'll do:
As a machine operator you will be tasked with bending, setting back, nesting, and cutting to length different types of metals based off blueprint specifications.
Skills required:
-1yr+ experience with pyramid style profile equipment: plate roll or Rotary Draw Bending Machine (Pines, Eaton Leonard, Horn, Or Coast Wallace)
-Knowledge of different metals
-Ability to read blueprints
-Ability to read a tape measure
-Solid Math skills
-Layout experience
-Familiar with machining tools: mandrels, dies, clamps, grinders, torches, tape measures, angle gauges, banding equipment, welders, overhead cranes & forklifts, push button & joystick control boxes, Bending machines.
Preferred skills:
-1yr+ experience with forklift
