Opening: Machine Operator
City: Auburn, WA
WHO THEY ARE:
We are a family owned company that started back in 1999. We specialize in build-to-print manufacturing, machine design, and tool modification. Committed to quality, on-time delivery, and competitive cost, we offer a range of capabilities including engineering, machining, welding, fabrication, and assembly. Operating out of our 17,000 square foot company-owned building, we serve diverse industries such as production, aerospace, electronics, medical/research, and prototype development. With a focus on solving complex engineering and manufacturing challenges, our experienced team, including licensed professional engineers, utilizes MRP, AutoCAD, SPC, MasterCAM, Solidworks, and other programming systems. As a family-owned company, we prioritize customer satisfaction and innovative solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Our ideal candidate possesses proficiency in operating CNC lathes, manual lathes, and manual mills. You should have the ability to read blueprints and input programs accurately. Attention to detail is essential in our processes, and we greatly value individuals who can work independently while also being receptive to guidance.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 2:30pm-1am
Pay: $25 DOE
Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance after 90 days

- Ability to read blueprints
- Desire to make and fix things
- Attention to detail
- Geometry experience
- Basic math skills, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Clean drug screen
- US Citizenship required
- Welding and fabrication experience a plus!
