As a Lumber Yard Associate, you'll play a crucial role in safely and efficiently loading customer vehicles with building materials. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Lumber Yard Associate, you will:
Safely, accurately, and efficiently load customer vehicles with building materials, both by hand and on a forklift.
Maintain yard cleanliness and stock inventory.
Work closely with the Yard Manager, Assistant Yard Manager, Ops Lead, Lead Counter, Lead Lumber Yard Associate, and other team members.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
The musts:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
OSHA Certified Forklift License preferred
Knowledge of receiving/inventory control principles, practices, and protocols
Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to operate a forklift safely
Preferred:
Previous experience in a lumberyard or similar setting
General knowledge and use of power tools
Acceptable driving record preferred
