Opening: Lighting Quotation Specialist
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $25 - $30 + Benefits

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage incoming customer requests for lighting products and projects
- Create and present complete bid packages tailored to customer needs
- Communicate with vendors, electrical contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery
- Generate and process purchase orders, track orders, and monitor material status
- Identify and resolve issues related to shipments or damaged goods, coordinating with vendors as needed
- Support customers through exceptional service and technical product knowledge
- Attend occasional trainings, industry events, and customer site visits to build expertise and relationships
- Collaborate with a motivated team to achieve goals and deliver top-tier customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional
- Must be able to work in person at the Anchorage location
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or customer site visits
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background in electrical construction, sales, or distribution
- Familiarity with lighting design software
- Bachelor’s degree in business, electrical, or related field
