Opening: X2 Legal Receptionist
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $20 - $25

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet clients and visitors professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Handle inquiries and maintain client confidentiality.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and faxing.
- Prepare and manage correspondence and legal documents.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Assist with meeting and conference setup.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a legal setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
