OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!
Opening: Legal clerk
City: Tacoma

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Cover duties in the central office services department.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality to uphold the Firm's reputation.
Assist legal secretaries and paralegals with projects.
Manage initial inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, or website.
Handle mailing, scanning, and binder preparation tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
Compensation:Â $22 - $25 an hour.
M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Coordinate resources to meet deadlines.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain professionalism and courtesy.
Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and resourcefulness.
Problem-solve effectively.
Work well independently and in a team.
Maintain regular attendance.
Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Pay close attention to detail.
Excel in client service.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Accurately type 50+ wpm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with law firm software, such as NetDocs or Orion is a plus
