Known for their high-quality management of residential and commercial properties, our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leasing and property management experience looking to grow their career in a dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee the leasing operations for a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease renewals, tenant inquiries, and conflict resolution.
- Market available units, conduct property tours, and follow up with prospective tenants.
- Prepare and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the property management team to maintain high occupancy rates and excellent tenant satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure units are in good condition and ready for leasing.
- Provide monthly leasing reports and updates to the management team.
- Mentor and train leasing staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in leasing or property management.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and leasing regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties or projects.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in leasing software and basic office applications (Microsoft Office).
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing top-notch service to tenants.
