- Assist with typing and word document tasks.
- Handle phone inquiries and maintain effective phone skills.
- Greet clients and conduct property tours.
- Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times.
- Perform entry-level duties without prior real estate knowledge.
- Contribute to the overall success of the leasing team.
REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in typing and word documents.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- A friendly and welcoming attitude for greeting clients and conducting property tours.
- A polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
- Entry-level qualifications with no prior real estate knowledge required.
- The ability to adapt to a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
