Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $22-$26 DOE

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a customer-facing role. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist with the leasing process, including showing available properties to potential tenants, explaining lease terms, and answering any questions.
- Handle tenant applications, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update property listings, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Communicate regularly with tenants and prospective tenants, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Support the property management team with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist in preparing leasing documents, collecting security deposits, and coordinating move-in and move-out processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of tenants and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in property management, leasing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing high-quality service to all clients.
