Lead Service Technician - Custom Cabinetry
Location: Ridgefield, WA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $27-30 per hour
Contact: Join our team! A leading manufacturer of beautiful cabinets in the Western United States. With a legacy dating back to 1972, we take pride in providing custom cabinetry to the Portland Metro area and beyond. We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Service Technician to lead our service team and maintain the excellence of our high-quality cabinets in Ridgefield, WA.
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and execute service calls for custom cabinets, addressing installation issues, hardware adjustments, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  2. Utilize your expertise in full-access (full overlay or European style) custom cabinetry to troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  3. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and installation teams to provide excellent customer service and uphold the superior standards of our organization.
  4. Conduct thorough inspections of cabinets, ensuring they meet our commitment to reflecting both current trends and classical home design.
  5. Coordinate with the service team to schedule and prioritize service calls, optimizing efficiency.
  6. Maintain detailed records of service activities, including client interactions and solutions implemented.
  7. Mentor and guide junior service technicians, fostering a culture of excellence within the service department.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Lead Service Technician in the custom cabinetry or related industry.
  2. Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to full-access custom cabinetry.
  3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  4. Detail-oriented with a focus on craftsmanship and quality.
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  6. Ability to lead and coordinate service calls effectively.
  7. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and tools.
  8. Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to adherence at all times.
Pay and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly wage: $27-30 per hour, based on experience and skills.
