Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute service calls for custom cabinets, addressing installation issues, hardware adjustments, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize your expertise in full-access (full overlay or European style) custom cabinetry to troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and installation teams to provide excellent customer service and uphold the superior standards of our organization.
- Conduct thorough inspections of cabinets, ensuring they meet our commitment to reflecting both current trends and classical home design.
- Coordinate with the service team to schedule and prioritize service calls, optimizing efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, including client interactions and solutions implemented.
- Mentor and guide junior service technicians, fostering a culture of excellence within the service department.
- Proven experience as a Lead Service Technician in the custom cabinetry or related industry.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to full-access custom cabinetry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on craftsmanship and quality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate service calls effectively.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and tools.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to adherence at all times.
- Competitive hourly wage: $27-30 per hour, based on experience and skills.
