Opening: Maintenance Lead
City: Bellevue

Our clients and residents are a priority and will always come first.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
We are looking for well organized, detail-oriented individual to be a Maintenance Lead, and join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations and physical upkeep of the assigned property.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
* Starting Pay $28-$31 DOE

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in the Property Management Industry
- Must have carpentry & general maintenance skills
- Must have Valid Drivers License

- Work with the maintenance team to ensure daily maintenance tasks, such as service requests and unit make-ready standards are met.
- Perform general carpentry duties i.e. wall repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repairs, & ceramic tile repair.
- Responsible for Work Order System accuracy
