Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay: $25–$30/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM

What You’ll Do
As a Lead/Foreman Construction Field Tech, you'll take the lead on residential projects. You’ll supervise a small crew, manage daily tasks, maintain safety standards, and make sure every job is completed with precision and care. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused. Looking for someone not afraid to get a little dirty, complete jobs in attics or crawl spaces, along with general construction projects as well. Gates, Fences, Decks, and Interior Finish work.
