Laser Trim Machine Operator
Location: Portland Metro Area, OR
Pay: $24–30/hr. Starting DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Train on Day Shift, then move to Swing Shift

What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor laser trim machinery used in precision electronics manufacturing
- Work with industrial PCs, automation equipment, motion-control electronics, and related control software
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Monitor production quality and ensure specifications are met
- Read and interpret technical documentation and process instructions
- Assist with machine maintenance and support production efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
- Learn and work within legacy programming and electronics environments
- Train on day shift before transitioning to swing shift once fully trained

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Interest in electronics, industrial automation, or machine programming
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment and manufacturing machinery
- Ability to learn technical systems and programming environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical processes
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
- Experience as a bench electronics technician or similar technical role
- Exposure to industrial PCs, motion-control systems, or automation equipment
- Familiarity with programming languages or desire to learn:
- C
- C++
- x86 Assembly Language
- Borland Pascal / Delphi
- Visual Basic
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Experience troubleshooting electronics or machine systems
