Commercial landscaping company with over 20 years’ experience improving landscapes throughout the Tacoma and Puget Sound region. Serves more than 400 landscaping, remodeling and construction clients on a regular basis. Provides a multitude of landscaping, lawn maintenance and irrigation systems. Prides themselves on their active involvement in giving back to the community and recognizing their employees successes through regular compensation.

WHAT YOU' LL DO:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Developers, General Contractors, and Commercial Builders to acquire information pertinent to job orders and retention of clients.
- Review the civil, structural, and architectural drawings submitted by general contractors and public agencies.
- Proficient in deciphering structural and architectural plot drawings as well as specification sheets.
- Estimate projected costs to provide accurate bid proposals to clients while being cognizant of budget guidelines, material costs, labor needs, required equipment and profit objectives.
- Ensure that project completion occurs within contract timeline agreement and completed project meets or exceeds company standards.
- Proficient at estimating and managing many moving parts within a job order.
- Well versed in outdoor plant knowledge and landscape design.
- $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually

- Commercial Landscaping Industry: 3 years (Required)
