Schedule: Monday – Friday; choose between five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts
Occasional Saturdays may be required

What You’ll Do
The Landscape Foreman is responsible for overseeing and assisting in all on-site aspects of landscape projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Prepare jobsites prior to the start of projects
-
Manage labor, materials, equipment, and timelines to ensure project completion
-
Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity
-
Delegate and guide daily tasks for crew members
-
Interpret and execute plans, blueprints, and structural drawings
-
Keep trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites clean and organized
What You Need to Have
The Musts:
-
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in the landscape industry
-
Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery safely
-
Knowledge of landscape construction materials, tools, and techniques
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Must pass background check, DMV check, and drug screening
Preferred:
-
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
-
Relevant certifications in landscaping, horticulture, or construction
