WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential plumbing and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining clear communication with clients and teammates
- Maintain accurate documentation for service calls, repairs, and materials used
- Represent the company with professionalism and pride in every interaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Alaska Journeyman Plumber License (or ability to obtain quickly)
- 3+ years of plumbing and HVAC service or installation experience
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality workmanship
