What You’ll Do:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager intake meetings, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy, and offer process.
- Support leadership in workforce planning.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and successfully recruit key talent for exempt and non-exempt level roles.
- Build, engage and maintain pre-qualified as well as prospective candidate pools of strong former candidates and new candidates.
- Support talent acquisition initiative for the organization, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and background checks.
- Provide additional support to programs as needed, such as in training, development, and compliance.
- Going to job fairs/high schools/college/FFA meetings etc.

What You Need to Have:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
