WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to conceptualize and execute interior design plans.
- Develop detailed design proposals, including layouts, color schemes, furniture, and material selections.
- Source and procure furnishings, fixtures, and finishes that align with project aesthetics and budgets.
- Oversee the implementation of design plans, ensuring quality and attention to detail throughout the process.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, materials, and innovations to bring fresh ideas to each project.
- Present design concepts and updates to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and expectations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Strong creative vision and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and building codes.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for creating inspiring spaces.
