Location: Hillsboro/Beaverton, OR
Position: Insurance Coordinator
Pay: $25–$29/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9-5pm

What You’ll Do:
- Perform insurance rundowns for new and existing patients
- Verify eligibility and treatment frequencies
- Enter and update accurate insurance information in Dentrix
- Submit, monitor, and follow up on insurance claims and appeals
- Accurately post insurance payments and reconcile billing discrepancies
- Communicate regularly with insurance companies, patients, and internal staff
- Support the front desk as needed and assist with additional administrative tasks
- Join a collaborative and professional dental team

- Experience in dental insurance coordination and billing
- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years in a similar dental office role
- Prior experience with insurance appeals and claim resubmissions
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate when working with patients
- Comfortable making insurance verification calls and handling billing follow-up
- Dentrix Software but not mandatory!
