WE ARE HIRING!
Position: Installation Technician
Location: Clackamas, OR
Pay: $25/hour+ DOE
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Thursday | 5:30AM–4:00PM
40 hours per week + possible overtime
Who We Are:
Our Client is a well-established custom cabinet manufacturer in Clackamas is looking to add a skilled Installation Technician to their growing team. This company has been building high-end custom cabinetry and residential fixtures for over 50 years and is known for quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and long-term career opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble and install door handles, drawer handles, and hardware
- Install shoebase/trim boards and various home attachments
- Install custom vanities, office furniture, cabinetry, and fixtures
- Read measurements and ensure accurate installation of products
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
- Work closely with team members to complete residential installations
- Ensure projects are completed with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail

What You Need to Have:
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 75–100 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Solid work ethic and reliability
- Installation or construction experience preferred
The Musts:
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in residential job site environments
- Ability to read measurements and install materials accurately
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Previous installation experience
- Finish carpentry or construction background
- Experience installing custom cabinetry, vanities, or office furniture
- Kitchen cabinet installation experience is a HUGE plus!
