This position is critical in ensuring that properties are maintained to the highest standards and that tenants receive exceptional service. The organization is dedicated to providing a welcoming environment and is looking for a professional who shares this commitment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform property inspections and various related property management and administrative functions.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for tenants during pre-final and move-out inspections, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Interact directly with potential tenants, resident tenants, vendors, and military personnel, maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Conduct business in a manner that attracts and retains residents, providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships.
- Strive to continually increase your working knowledge of the property and its management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall operations and success of the property management team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong people skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse social and economic backgrounds.
- A pleasant demeanor and professional attitude, especially when interacting with tenants and other stakeholders.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks, including inspections, property management, and administrative responsibilities.
- A desire to learn and grow within the property management field.
