OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!
Position: Inside Sales Rep
Location:Â Tualatin, OR
Pay: $25-27/Hour with a competitive bonus structure!
Schedule: M-F, 7 am-4 pm

We collaborate with manufacturers and installers of commercial, industrial, piping, energy, and agriculture systems, optimizing design, quality, functionality, manufacturability, cost, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
The Inside Sales Rep plays a crucial role in managing and growing key accounts in our markets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local market, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to acquire, build, and maintain strong client relationships.

What You Need to Have:
The Musts:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record with 3 plus years of business-to-business sales experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Comfortable with sales both inside and outside.
- Willingness to conduct cold calls and acquire new business.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Data entry skills.
- Team Player.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience with calendar management.
- Familiarity with pipe, valves, fittings, or Manufacturing.
- College degree.
