WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide technical sales support to customers seeking instrumentation and automation solutions
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their applications and technical requirements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
- Work closely with customers to identify opportunities for additional products and services
- Develop a strong understanding of industrial process control, instrumentation, and automation systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project support
- Help drive sales growth through solution-based selling and customer education
- Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and customer communications

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend technical solutions
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Electrical or Automation Engineering background
- Experienced Electrical, Automation, or Industrial Technician looking to transition into sales
- Familiarity with industrial instrumentation, process controls, or temperature measurement applications
- Knowledge of industrial networking or automation systems is a plus
- Strong customer service mindset
- Professional communication skills
- Mechanical and technical aptitude
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and products
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
