INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Vancouver, WA
PAY: $20 -$25/hr DOE
SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a well-established industrial distribution company that has been serving customers throughout the Pacific Northwest for decades. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
This isn't a high-pressure sales role—we're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, asking the right questions, and finding the best solution for their needs. You'll work alongside an experienced team supporting customers from initial inquiry through order fulfillment while learning the ins and outs of a respected industrial product line.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Process customer orders from quote through delivery with accuracy and attention to detail
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and order status
- Ask thoughtful questions to fully understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate solution
- Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
- Prepare quotes and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Support outside sales representatives by providing exceptional customer service and account support
- Maintain accurate customer records and order information
- Resolve order discrepancies and shipping issues professionally and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure an outstanding customer experience

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or a relationship-focused sales role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
- Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone assisting customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer proficiency and experience working with order entry or ERP systems
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and processes
- Experience in industrial distribution, construction materials, plumbing, mechanical, or pipe products is a plus, but not required
