Inside Sales Representative
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $27-30+DOE + Profit Sharing
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 6am-4pm

What You'll Do:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing product support, processing orders, and helping drive sales growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on customer interaction, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and follow up on quotes
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and strengthen customer partnerships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Representatives and internal departments
• Follow up on orders, quotes, deliveries, and customer inquiries
• Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and new solutions
• Contribute ideas that improve processes and customer experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A customer-first mindset
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous inside sales, customer service, distribution, construction, industrial, electrical, or wholesale experience preferred
• Experience working with ERP or business management software is a plus
